    mon. 6am-5pm
    tuesday 6am-8pm
    wensday 6 am-4-30 pm
    thursday 6am -6 pm
    friday 6am -11 am
    so i get a two and a half day wekend

      I get 300-375gr protein, less than 25gr carbs, fat?(dont know dont care)its still fairly low. What is that total?

      Ah man, barely 2000cals ed. Thats just wrong.

      Shit, I have not even thought about my totals. I have been going by progress. My hours and being an unorganized person hurts my goals for sure.

      Shakes,eggs,tuna,steak-lean burger. Thats it other than some stray carbs and one night a wk on the town.

      I'm flat on low carbs.

      I F'ing hate cardio

      My body hates to drop below 10%bf. I am not built for it.
      My cals are too low for cardio and I am on the edge of maintaining LBM I imagine. My guess is to get leaner I need to up and cals and do cardio.

      Did I mention I F'ing hate cardio?


      5'10" 220lbs at I guess 10%(pretty close). I am quite a bit bigger than that 2 yr old pic I had up briefly.

        I'm not cutting but I'm with ya, 8 large chicken breasts a day and atleast 2 gallons of water can get old. Just try not to overtrain so your appetite stays up. A good way to get those chicken breasts down is to add a little no sugar apple sauce on top, slides down nicely and sugar cravings are gone. Drink enough water and no worries about sodium.
