This punk mother fuker next door I think is beating his kid,I hear them all night it seems.Well just a minute ago my gf turns down the tv and all we hear is a thump like gettin hit in the ribs.So of cource I go in the hall to listen.Now 1st of all the dad never plays with his son,and never pays him any mind.The kid is 7 and sometimes at night around 10:00 he comes over for help on his homework,at fukin 10:00.Anyways so I'm in the hall and notice that the thumps r this kid gettin hit and then the yellin from this dad I mean fuk this and fuk that.So I know its not my place but I knocked on the door anyways.His dad awnsers the door and says what the fuk do u want and I see jordan,the boy in the background,so I ask the man to step out in the hallway,he walks out all tuff lookin,so I lost my shit,I snatched him up against the wall and said that if he hits the boy like that again I will break his fukin head and pushed his ass.Now I feel like I should have just called someone instead.Did I do right?

I already called,and yes he'll catch 1,cause he is the type to talk shit,and if he runs his mouth again I'll bust his shit.The guy never pays his son any attention,and people wonder why their kids get into shit later in life,punk mutha fukr.

You did right brother. I agree with Aragorn. You should call someone, but be anonymous so you can still break his head later and be undercover about it. You don't want to be on record calling social services and then have to break his head later and get in trouble. Use your head on this all the way through. I have been involved in similar situations and it is always very hard to know what to do. Just keep asking yourself, "what is best for the kid"?

i would have done the same thing soda... in situations like that i have hard time controling myself... i would have probably kicked his ass right there in the hallway...

Absolutely you did the right thing! For starters you let him know that you wont take that and you called the authorities which is very important for that child. If no one does anything it just keeps on happening to the child.

Way to stay in control of it as well, its to easy to just whap is head a few times but then you look like the crazy man not the child beater.

He made me so fukin mad,when I came back in my apartment my hands were shaking,and my face was all red.I think the poor little guy is hyper,and they don't play with him at all and they load him up with ridaline and I think he a kid of his environment,know what I mean.I mean sometimes I see the little guy in the parkin lot around 930 at night just walkin around wtf.

Big Soda- I think you did the right thing today, but watchout. If you hear it again- call the cops. If you take matters into your own hands, it might escalate. If your as jacked as most of the guys on this board probably are, you could cave this MFrs head in, and that could land you in legal trouble. In addition, this scumbag may have a gun or something, and the next time you knock, he uses it saying he was in fear for his safety b/c last time you jacked him up.

Hopefully you stoped it for a while, but with scumbags like this, it will likely only be temporary. The next time something goes wrong in his shitty life he is going to take it out on his kid.

Good job tonight, but be careful. I have read a lot of cases about folks doing the right thing by breaking it off in a scumbag, but then getting sued by said scumbag.
