ever hit a wall when your bulking. i was up to 4500 calories a day, doing fine. i was gonna start 5000 this week but as of saturday my appetite disappeared. maybe i'll take 82 shots of b12 tonight

nope i cant get enough food try eating every two hrs bro it will make a diffrence you will be hungry all the time

i do, i'm eating 7 times a day. like i said i was doing great, always hungry and then boom i can't eat shit.

yeah i get sick of it but my metabolism is so fast i am hungry about every 3 hours so it all works out for me cutting is hard for me.

I don't know somethimes certain protein powders get me kinda bloated and impossible to eat. I used the concentrate and switched to the isolate, made a big difference.

I dont eat enough. Its my biggest sin. The deeper into a cutter like now the lower my appetite drops. I have to work to get my 300+ gr of protein ed.

when i bulk i take alot of fiber and i take enzyme caps that aid and speed digestion. works pretty well
