    I tried their peanut butter bar (I think it was called One Way or something), it wasn't bad, but then I noticed it had 450mg of sodium! Not good for a cutter.

      I know they taste good, but they are loaded with bad fat, sugar, high cholesterol. Might as well eat a candy bar. Especially if your younger and don't want to get fat. I think they are just an excuse for some to binge, just my opnion.
