My sister and her fiance are on the diet now. Probably around week 4 or 5 now. My sister has cheated and only lost about 10 pounds so far, her fiance lost close to 20 in the first 2 weeks from what I was told. Then again, they had a lot to lose as well, but it's doing very well for them.Comment
