Its day one of this diet i'm starting called the South Beach Diet..doin good so far! I am having a Chicken-Pistachio salad right now But I can't drink for 4 weeks, and after that its only wine..wish me luck!
Good luck.... my doc insists that it is the best diet to do. I’ve done doing CKD and have had great success so far but thinking about giving the South Beach a try since the doc recommends it.
