The house is 2200sq ft. It has a 2bedroom suite in the basement which is currently renting for $525 a month (only way I can afford the place).

But it's pretty plain jane.. built in the 70's. On a 100x80ft lot. Decent neighbourhood, but the road is a little busy for my likeing.

I'm excited and worried all at the same time. I don't take possesion untill June 27, and that's only if there's no surprises when the home inspection is done next week. I'll make sure to snap some pics for you guys..

Isn't that Canadian $? If so, it shouldn't be too tough taking on $50k in debt.
