How would you go about telling your significant other about using sport enhancing supplements?

I am tired of hiding it, this is the one and only thing I have not spoken to her about.

How long have you been together?

The angle I used was I introduced my wife to HRT. Most HRT clinics will prescribe Test if you're over 25 and low on the T. Once she saw it was an acceptable form of therapy it went smooth. Now of course she knew she was marrying a bodybuilder and wasn't totally ignorant of the matter, but the HRT thing help legitimize the use. And yes, I'm on HRT-1.5 c's a week of upjohn Depo - forever!!!

I would definitely be completely honest with her. Also let her know that you have wanted to tell her for quite a while, but just didn't know how to word it (so she doesn't' suspect any other secrets).

definitely no other secrets, her mother even asked her if i used them a while back. The subject has almost been on the table a few times... she has never directly asked me about it, but hinted towards the supplements i take and how she doesn't want me to hurt myself.

              time to bite the bullet....

educate her is the best way. my wife was anti any drug and did not even want to hear about it. i was just patient and gave her articles to read and then she warmed up to it pretty quick. her opinion on them is prob based on media BS, so just change that. good luck
