i used to make milk shakes out of skim milk with nitro tech chocolate and cheat a little bit by putting a spoonful of peanut butter in them. that makes them taste like a reeses peanut butter cup!! and you know how good those are!!

lean body for her is really great! i tried the lean mass matrix and wasn't too into it - but the lean body for her was really tasty!!! i love mixing it with strawberries and orange juice -- mmmmm mmmm!!

Lean Body for Her, Champion UltraMet (has carbs -- considered a Meal Replacement Shake), Designer Protein Chocolate (you need to add some pb or coffee and almonds to it).
I have heard really good things about All the Whey and American Whey.
I like Muscle Milk but the fat content is a little high for me.Comment

If you can swing it the eas myoplex rtd's are quite tasty but pricey.I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.Comment
