HELP! I got chunky cheeks!

Hey guys, I always had a round face growin up and people would tell me that its just baby fat. Well, 21 years later I still have those chubby cheeks and I am sick and tired of it. Its not from steroid use or anything like that. I would like a more structured face and to lose those chubby bastards. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? Maybe like face exercises or like some kinda lotion to rub on my cheeks, or maybe even an idea of what to cut out of my diet that may be bloatin my cheeks? Id appreciate any help, thank you very very very much.

Im not exactly sure what my bodyfat is right now but im guessing its around 12-13%. When I lose weight my face doesnt get structured tho, u kno what I am saying, like muscular. They have like machines to do face exercises but I have heard thats a scam so I guess from what you are saying is that there is no hope for me. Thanks.
