i decided to work out my left arm a bit tonight... (shoulder still broken) i'm fine with upto 20lbs, i can handle it (eventhough it hurts like a *****) but tonight i thought to give the 40's a try...
i picked the damn dumbell up, and halfway up (half the bicep curl) something snapped really loud between my upper tip of the bicep and the joint itself... and my dumbell just dropped out of my hand... after like couple of sec. the pain finally set it... it was almost same as when i broke the damn shoulder... i had to take couple of oxys to get the pain under control... it's been 3 hours since then and i can finally move my arm slowly (up and down)
Today i also got the MRI..... i'm scared to find out how much damage there really is... my cuff is still mostly torn.... hopefully they can fix it.....
