when i talk to people at work or friends. i tell them storys and things that are happening on the board they dont get it. i told my wife Jack was having food poisoning and it was bad. she was like who, do you work with him? when i tell these stories i always start with "i was talking to a friend" or "a friend told me" like "my buddy fuzo is a new daddy!" my wife is like who? she dosnt get it nor do my coworkers or friends outside of here. are we so different from everybody else? do we perceive things differently from those that do not participate in on online communities? can they not see that we can be friends without speaking face to face? this is a community is it not? is our ability to become close to people just from type an evolution in the way relationships are played out? either way i love you guys. if i am a weirdo then so be it!

I am the same way. I tell everyone my friend did this and my friend did that and then they always say to me "I thought you didn't have any friends?" They don't get that it is you guys from the net.

I guess we all here are on the same boat. I tell my mom, girl, sisters, and friends about here and whats goingon and they look at me like some freak or something, well not freeak but thier like "who, whos that". I tell them but they dont listen. For a while last year friends were calling me a computer nerd cause it was weird they saw meon the computer constantly, which i would never do. Serioulsly, I prefer being here then up to no good onthe streets getting wasted and all. I stay away from trouble here.
