    deer chili

    vengeance gave me a few packs of deer chili meat from one he shot last year. MMMMMMMMMM! good lean meat in the crockpot for 24 hours will be so tender it melts in your mouth.

    yall like beans in your chili?

    i put them in there to add fiber otherwise after 3 bowls the next day is rough.

      Never had deer chili but I have tried sloppy joes made with deer meat. It was pretty tasty!

              Exactly the two I use!

              (the colors are cool, aren't they? LOL)

              I also add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon to my chili. It drives people nuts trying to figure out what's in there!

                I like deer meat. My grandpa used to always go hunting and cook the meat. A little salty but you can make tender and many dishes with it.
