  • "Dude, can I work in?"

WFT! Am I wrong here???? I don't want anyone to "work in" if it means getting up for the newbie and making adjustments after every set.

Anyone else have a problem with that?

    btw I'm not anti-social.

Tell him, "Sure, as long as you can handle what I've got on the bar..."

My ex-wife: "Why do you date a 20 year old?"
    Me: "Because I can..."

Yes, that's the gf in my avatar... YES, she's less than half my age, NO I don't care...

proper gym etiquit( i dont know how to spell that) is if you ask to work in then you shouldnt change anything ie seat adjustment, weight, plates ect ect....

and if you change it you need to put it back exactly where you found it,, then wipe your sweat off !

You all are very polite, I must say.

New Yorkers are not so nice.

If the guy is some dufus checking his scrawny self out in the mirror all the time he can wait till I'm done. I don't want anyone to think I know him.
