yeah sweetie thanks for askin i just talked to my wife. she said the girl is in the hospital and will be there at least through next week. she wants to go she says it was an accident and it wont happen again. they have diagnosed her with manic depression and bipolar disorder i think thats when your highs are super high but your lows are horribly low. they have her on something i cant remember the name its like lithiom and some other drugs. she asked her mom if she could have a coming home party when she got out of the hospital. she is still very sick but getting better.

That is good news, I am happy she is doing better. My daughters birth mother has bi-polar disorder.......and she wont take her meds most of the time, so she is always really bad. My daughter had her 16th birthday on Monday and her mom didn't even call. We haven't seen or heard from her in about 2 years and she lives 30 miles away. Very sad, but she has other issues as well.
As long as your firends daughter takes her medication, she will proabably be just fine. A good majority of people with Bi-polar disorder are good about taking the medication for a while and then they think they are better so they just stop.....well, they go back to the highs and lows. I think alot of people think that if they are bi-polar it means they are crazy....well it is simply a chemical imbalance and nothing to be ashamed of. I will keep her in my thougths and prayers.
You'll like it in my imagination......its fun there.

I dated a girl with bi-polar disorder for about a month. I never knew what to expect from her when I would talk to or see her. It was a very difficult situation.

LOL, I was engaged to a woman who was both bisexual and bipolar. We were together for 3 years, and I will say it was by FAR the most exciting, as well as frustrating relationship I ever had. For those who do not understand, imagine having your girl call you at work, and proceede to tell you every single sexual thing she wanted to do to you as soon as you got home, and by the time you got home, she very well could have flip-flopped, and now you find her in bed in a crying jag, discussing suicide.

The sexual promiscuity part was actually a lot of fun, except for the fact that after three years, she went on a real bad downspin, and cheated on me. It is something that is manageable, with medication, it is simply getting the medication dialed in right.

LOL, as much as a tornado that girl made my life, I do still miss her..go figure.
