A Prince Albert is a piercing that runs through the urethra and out the bottom of the penis a short distance down, depending on the size of the piercing.

The term came from Queen Anne (I think) and her husband Prince Albert, who supposedly used the piercing to tie his penis down to his leg - avoiding the socially unacceptable 'bulge'.

So normally, the piercings are either hoops, or circular barbells, and occasionally curved barbells. And yes, all will require you to either urninate sitting down, or getting really really close to the toliet. Otherwise, it's cleanup on aisle four.

so far pissing standing is no problem.. i think it gets to be an issue whe people start to strech it out.....bigger hole more drippy~~...and infection is not a normal concern,,,,due to the fact that piss is clean and cleans the peircing each time you go.......
