    Got an award tonight at my gym!!!

    One of the best feelings in the world!! I busted my ass this month and out of 8 trainers I sold half of the pt sales myself! I was the only trainer given an award. Feels really good. Really tired but it was all worth it. But overall we are a team and I couldn't have done it without them still. We got a new fitness director in and he seems like a good guy. Good stuff good stuff. Definately going to be one soon enough they told me. I hope I get to be one here though as I don't want to get transferred even if it is a bigger gym. Oh well we'll see when the time comes. Only been with this company for 3 months and I'm kickin some fuckin ass!!! Sorry just needed to let it all out I feel really good today and if it seems like I'm showing off then.... FUCK IT I AM!!!

    New month gotta keep it consistent and kick some more ass. Damn it feels good.
    Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

    It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

                Actually I've been saving that one for quite some time....I saw it on an 18 wheeler just down the Mississippi Hwy and I thought to myself what a wonderful world....so I stored it in my head for reserve and now I've finally been able to use it and you know what...I feel better now that I've used it. *whew*
