Anyone ever manage to sprain both ankles and skin up a knee while falling. Yeah, somehow i managed to last night. Now i can barely walk and it hurts like hell.

after i did that i drove over my neighbor's porch in my jeep, but i only broke 2 steps. We eventually found some mud, but i couldn't get stuck in it which was no fun, didn't even get to use the winch.
that sucks... 5-6 years ago i sprained my left one.. 2nd degree sprain apparently.. however i couldn't walk for weeks... my whole foot was black/blue/purple in color...
people say if u sprain it once ur gonna keep spraining it over and over again... i worked out my ankle for a long time, and now it's actually stronger than my right one.. i have never sprained it since..
I just go to accupuncture that'll heal it up quicker ..... they put needles where its sprained and suck up all the bad blood wit a suction cup so u get better blood flowing where its sprained . That shit feels so good its like a drug too me ..... hope u get better!
