    clearing your IE history, etc

    here's a great program (cracked version)
    it's called: IE History Clear

    go to http://mscracks.com/cracks/I3.php and scroll till u see IE.History.Clear.v5.1

    download it and run it... it wipes everything clean...

        I use the paranoia utility in tweak UI. Is that not sufficient?

          Oh yeah, I’m using Windows 98se, Windows 2000 professional, and Windows NT workstation. I don’t know if that matters.

            I have about 10 different programs like that. I have one that wipes on shutdown and one that wipes as soon as I exit my last internet browser window. IL system wiper is a really good one. Also IE privacy keeper, UltraWipe1.5.1, and AbsoluteSheild internet eraser. Use those with a good spyware remover, firewall, and antivirus program and your computer should stay pretty safe and clean.

              cant you just clear your history, delete all cookies, and delete the temp internet folder and do the same thing? or are there still records?
