trying to do some stretching excercises for my shoulder... i still can't lift my arm at all, and even if i lift it with my right one it hurts like shit... took the sling off the other day.. been 3 weeks in the sling... now my whole arm is stiff... and yeah it shrank!! it's half the size of my right one.. sux...
