If you're looking for whey just get a good, solid Whey Protein Concentrate. Isolates are not worth the cost and can easily be overprocessed and not as bioavailable as the concentrate. I would choose a blend of casein/whey or casein/whey/egg over 100% whey for all-around use.Comment
