probably. If you explain to them what you just explained to us your new employer will probably understand....maybe...
bottom line-dont do something you hate. You will regret it.

Just be honest with the company that you wish to hire you. Say "The took up a contract for the coroners office, and my new job was cleaning up dead bodies and transporting them. I was not happy with that situation."
If I was you, I'd stick it out for a while...maybe 6 months? You're going to want that experience on your resume if you want to get a job elsewhere.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
i've worked several jobs in the last 20 years that turned out to be really nasty situations. some i left almost immediately, one was the job from hell where i kept trying to make this crazy man (my boss) happy... when i left that he threatened to ruin me (because i was leaving)... naturally that one is NOT on my resume or reference list.... but i can't say it's ever, ever been a problem. and i've passed background checks for public schools, hospitals, etc. i wouldn't worry about it - just get out.
