                Actually, there is a manual available at this website. http://www.biorecoverytraining.com/
                It was written by a guy in the organization I belong to. About a 100 companies like mine in the organization. I've been doing it since 1997, so I could write my own book, which I might do someday. As for making the scene disappear, there are alot of steps to that. We are more removing and restoring than cleaning.
