How do I get my cookie back?

Maybe this should be in the computer section but it didnt seem to belong with the other threads there.
I deleted my cookies on recommendation from one of my comp myron friends. Now I have to log in on all the boards I frequent. How do I get them back. Ive tried checking the yes dot on the browse with cookies option on the user cp but it doesnt let me automatically log in anymore.
Also, how do we edit our posts here?

I was wondering the same thing about how to edit our posts. I've tried to delete them before and it won't let me.

If you use some of the other skins like Orbitz Expanded I saw no edit button, only on the default skins.

Tools > Internet Options > Content for passwords.

That is strange, i delete my cookies once a week. I then log in to the boards and it keeps the cookies. My weak suggestion is to make sure you have "retain cookies" check in your user cp on the board your on

koss..... in IE go to tools/internet options/privacy.. and then click on the 'edit' button (close to the bottom) in there type in the name of the site u want the cookies to be allowed.... and then press 'allow'... that's for allowing acception of cookies always form those sites u type in...
also u can go to tools/internet options/privacy and then change the 'privacy settings' for internet (the vertical bar)... lower it to like medium or low... then all the cookies will be accepted from all sites...
also make sure u click in 'user cp' on 'yes' for:
Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)
Browse board with cookies?
