    new guy at work

    I have been training the new guy at work for over three months... Letting him into my district, making him look good with all my contacts, and helping whenever I can...

    I noticed him taking little shots, like telling my boss our meeting was Thursday when in fact it was Tuesday (he never showed up)... He also challenged me in front of a client meeting by taking credit for work we both did by saying he did it all..

    I was off work during christmas, and I come back to find out he did not do crap... No district visits, no meetings, no support for our client at all. I am getting blamed for not showing him the ropes...

    What should i do here? I am not one to play little games...

    By the way, I really liked him at first but now he seems to be kinda of a weasel.. know what I mean?

    take him out on a boat "fishing" with lots of rope and some cinderbolcks. while fishing he will say "why do you have this rope and the blocks here". say "oh thats left over from the last guy who fucked with me at work." normally that will do it

            I dunno man...
            not too long ago some dudes son (the dude was high up the food chain) was buggin the hell outta me at work. I put up with this little bastard for 4 months (its not like I didn't tell managment they just didn't care). Till one day I realized I was so mad I was shaking, well I quit (before I lost it and killed im) a few months later he has a huge fight with his dad, leaves, and I get hired back with a raise. If I see him around town however he better hope Im not on-cycle.

              well in ur work enviroment putitng ur hands on him probably wont do u any good shitty thign bout in office jobs u cna tbea tthe shit outa the other guy at least palces i work its expected LOL but seriosly id be quite tempted to crush his face with ym boot

                  why not approach your boss and explain the fact you have taken him through his commitments and shown him the ropes but your concerned that he is either not grasping it,or does not have the work ethic to carry it through.

                  It seems its your arse too,so i wouldnt go down for him,i would just tell your boss straight.
