no he said as long as it dosnt hurt or get bigger its fine where it is. it just hurts when i go deep and heavy on squats, i guess it stretches the glute muscle putting pressure on it. he said if i want i can get a surgical consult but i dont wanna pay $1000s of dollars to have something removed unless its cosmetic. i am so vain today.

i agree... if u can afford it, get it removed asap..... it's like a ticking bomb... u never know when/if it's gonna get worse...
