from my shoulder dislocation my whole upper arm (delt, bicep and tricep) are purple/green... and it's slowly descending towards my forearm... it looks really gross... cant do notihng to it yet cuz my shoulder kills every time i try to move my arm even an inch...
are there any tips/tricks on how to make the bruise go away faster... thanx

some portions of the bruise are just appearing (it happened 3 days ago)
i was icing my shoulder 4-6 times a day the last few days... so i guess i'm just going to continue that then..

There's a Chinese Dit Da Jow that some martial artist swear by if you have a larger asian store in your area. It must be rubbed in from the sorest or tenderest point, away to where it no longer hurts. That might be a problem for you in your condition. You must also leave it on for at least a few hours, preferrably overnight, supposidly you'd be surprsed how fast the bruise disappears. Also, do not eat with it still on your hands, do not let it get into any broken skin or cuts either most formulas aren't good for you internally.
Dit Da Jow is the shit. I've been using for 25 years and it will make bruises fade faster.

yeah i just came back from the doctor... and he told me i did right... the 1st 72hours to ice it and after that to heat it...
heat apparently expands the bloodvessels so that more blood gets in there and can remove the old blood easier...
