      yah he will get workers comp at 66% of wages and all medical (assuming canada is same as usa, which it might not be) as to whether or not sue, man, just dont know... someone just brought up a situation but where their girlfriend was hurt by a bouncer dont know what happened with that i forget who it was though...

      talk to an attorney it cant hurt....

        yeah my boss wants me to fill out workers comp. papers... he said he'll pay me the regular wage out of his pocket for 6 weeks, but everthing after that workers comp will cover...

        the cops still haven't gotten a statement from me.. they said they'll do it in the next few days...

          workers comp will help ease the pain.... try and enjoy the break, if you can... go rent some movies.

                Bad news LOCO

                Well, at least you'll have a chance to concentrate on school. Shoulder/back injuries are the worst!

                    gonna see a specialist tomorrow.... i started doing some minor forarm exercises.. like sqeezing a tennis ball or those V shaped springs... i can already feel i'm loosing strength and elasticity in my arm... i want to start physio asap..
