For the last week or more i have gotten less than 3 hours of sleep per night. I just can't sleep i am really really tired and i try to sleep but i just cant fall asleep. and if i do the slightest noises wake me up. Which never ever used to happen before, i would be able to sleep through a nuclear blast. anyone have or had this problem?

I had this problem for about a month. It happened during a time when I changed my diet drastically. I was eating no starch or complex carbs and my only sugar source was from dextrose post workout. Once I changed this diet up and started eating normally again I began sleeping like a baby.

and i did change my diet drastically on the 1st high protien, and hardly any sugar intake. but my diet is healthy and for bulking, i was on the same diet before with no probs though.
