  • sleeping problem?

    For the last week or more i have gotten less than 3 hours of sleep per night. I just can't sleep i am really really tired and i try to sleep but i just cant fall asleep. and if i do the slightest noises wake me up. Which never ever used to happen before, i would be able to sleep through a nuclear blast. anyone have or had this problem?

    I had this problem for about a month. It happened during a time when I changed my diet drastically. I was eating no starch or complex carbs and my only sugar source was from dextrose post workout. Once I changed this diet up and started eating normally again I began sleeping like a baby.

      thanks bass i will try that.


      and i did change my diet drastically on the 1st high protien, and hardly any sugar intake. but my diet is healthy and for bulking, i was on the same diet before with no probs though.

            have not started cycle yet. will start on the 19th. but i have noticed before, that i have had trouble sleeping while on a cycle but not this bad.

              When you say sugar intake, do you mean ALL carbs, or just the simple sugars?

                    not any more than usual. in fact i would say less cause i am on break from school. usually i am pretty stressed when in school. i gues i am gonna try the tylenol pm or some nyquil.

                          get tylenol simply sleep... its the same as teh tylenol PM, only with out the pain med... you can usually get a generic version as well... 3 knock me out cold... 2 usually works too, but I like to be sure.
