    Happy New Years from the U.K.

    Happy New Year fellow FG Brothers & Sisters

    The UK trip has so far been good. The exchange rate is killing me though. It is basically like having your wealth cut in half. If something cost 5 pounds that is almost 10 dollars. Sucks.

    I am about to head out to Piccadilly Circus for some festivities.

    I hope all have a safe and fun time tonight.

            isnt the booze so much more expensive too, i remeber when i went to england i paid the same amount but in pounds

                everything is pretty similiar. i paid 11.98 for a case of 440ml Foster's last night. so with the exchange rate it is like $21.

                not that 21 is similiar, but 11.98 is.

                    yah the beer is more expensive but much better especially in amsterdam (not to mention other things too)
