i'm almost three weeks in on cycle of deca alone at 180mg every three days. (still no deca dick -- keeping my fingers crossed) ( I know everyone will say to throw test in there but I don't want to do that; i wanted to start with something lighter.) anyway, i'm starting to notice an increase in size and strength. i'm more hungry too. i'd like to know what people think about doing cardio while on deca. my body fat is about 18% and i'd like to get it around 7 or 8%. also would like to know what kind of PCT would be reccommended. anything else needed to protect myself during cycle?

Here's my take on it:
While doing a cycle you have to determine which of 2 goals you'd like to achieve. Build mass or loose fat while retaining current mass. Trying to do both often leads to poor results.
So you need to decide which is more important to you: Building the muscle or looseing the fat. Personally, I believe that it's easier to loose fat than it is to gain muscle. So I'd worry about shedding the fat after the cycle is over.

Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

MY VERY FIRST CYCLE WAS 400MGS OF DECA FOR 15 WEEKS BOY DID I GET SHUT DOWN. BUT DID CARDIO EVERY DAY 7 DAYS A WEK GOT RIPPED AND DID GAIN SIZE ATE LIKE A MONSTER GOOD STUFF OF COURSE. Cardio depends on your metabolism. I would suggest 30 minutes/day 6 days a week (in the morning if you have a treadmill at your house). You just have to resist the urge to train anarobically. Just keep a fat burning pace on the treadmill (6-7% incline for me at 2.5mph works for me).
