The state is pressing charges against the bouncer and she and her parents are going to sue the bar

Everytime she goes out I give her my 3 rules lecture

Rule 1) no grinding on guys
Rule 2) no drinking and driving
Rule 3) no riding with drunk drivers

NEW RULE -- Stay away from the freaking club

That is the age difference though. I had my share of club "events" a long time ago

Thanks for listening to my rant today...I am still pissed but a little calmer...not mad at her anymore

It sucks to have been so helpless as I was asleep during the event

yah that does suck. She does have a ton of options; negligence against the club, assault against the bouncer, and personal injury rewards...

I would definitely contact an attorney.... she has a chance to get paid (especially if her tailbone was fractured)...

        hope she's ok...

I got news for you, more times then Not women are a bigger problem then men. I bounce in 2 different night clubs, one on Thurs Nights and one on Sat Nights, the one on thurs Nights holds 1400 people, they have Bikini Bull riding and Thurs night rock night with $1.00 shots. We have punks love to start trouble but when the bouncers like myself make their presense fealt, usually the punks cool down, but it's their girlfriends that give the big mouths and attitudes. I had one woman flick her cigarrette at me. I saw a flash of red I was so pissed, I just bent over picked it up and walked away. I hate dealing with women, so much so I have urged this club to hire a FEMALE Bouncer, yes thats right I said a female Bouncer for circumstances like that one.

Women know the guys (95%) of them anyway, won't lay a hand on them, so they pretty much say and do what they damn well please. As long as I have been bouncing, I only ever had to rough a guy up one time, and that was by his choice, he decided to throw a elbow into me, right after he smacked a waitress in the back of the head. So I jacked the dude up, and we haven't seen him since. It wasn't an ego trip, and to this day I can tell you I fealt kinda bad, cause I knew I hurt that dude pretty bad. I always try to reason with a customer before I ever even resort to laying a finger on them. Many, many times I let people get away with breaking the rules, because I feel everyone should get another chance, but some people do push their luck.

I do know what you mean though, I have had several conversations with other fellow bouncers reguarding their rhetoric and conduct towards customers. So much so that I already had to get in a fellow bouncers face because of it. Heres one to watch for, we had a bouncer that at the front foor he was carding people and using the hand held metal detector on them, well when he used it on the women as he got close to them and wanded their legs, as he stood up he always made sure he brushed the side of his face against their breasts real sneaky like. I saw it, and I put an end to it real quick, and had that been my girl I would have lit him up myself. Just something to watch for. Sorry to hear your bad news dude.

My girl is the shy one in the corner. Even if she did cause shit, which she didn’t, the fuck had no right to pick up a folding metal chair like he was some wrestling super star. Her forehead was cut from.

if anyone cares, the lawyer said there was not enough physical harm to sue the club. She had no fractures, but she damn sure has a lot of bruises, skinned-up areas, and a small cut on her head from the chair.

The state is going to follow thru with the charges against the bouncer.

yup i agree... females are the WORST... and every bouncer knows that... the only time i got seriously hurt (such as getting hit with bottles over the head) was by females.. they are so fkin sneaky and dirty fighters... guys on the other hand act totallly different and u can usually predict what they are upto..
but sorry to hear about ur girl man... ever thought about some 'one on one' action with the bouncer at the end of the night... in the parkling lot or so? cuz that's what i would do if something like that ever happened to my girl... hell yeah.. without even thinking about it....
