  • Protein sources and solid food ratios?

I am curious. What are peoples favorite protein sources?

Also how much of your dailey intake is from whole foods?/and do you believe it makes a diff if protein is shake form or whole?

Add whatever else you feel needs pointed out here as well.

Personally I average about 250 grams from solid foods and 100-150 from shakes. 4 solid meals and 2 shakes is average.

    Either from: Egg Whites
    Lean steak
    chicken breast
    Tuna
    Very lean hamburger/no bread
    Deli Turkey(when I got the $)
    Need to add more fish!

For Protein Powder I love Isopure! Very efficent and more like water than a shake. The shake types bloat me all to hell and I find they get more repetitive.

i intake roughly 500g protein per day.

all but 80g of that is from whole food the rest is shakes. I used to take shakes in the middle of the night but instead i now have half a chicken breast.

    main sources of protein are:

    eggs
    chicken breast
    tuna
    salmon

    steak (I wish mmm)

as for the shakes usually Nitrotech or GNC 100% whey w/ fat free milk

I buy those tuna in a bag deals by the case and usually have 2 of those a day. otherwise
