You know I just got 2000 volts of cow prods up my ass for telling a very femine puerto rican they were gay in downtown orlando, if any local lawyers have any info for kme please let me know my defenses, after his friend dumped his drink on me cause his g/f talked to me. The cops after jamming 2 cow prods up my spine told me if i said one more word it would be a hate crime and they could elctrocute me. How fucked up is that, i did nothing, just because the PR was jealous of his g/f then take it out on her not me. and last time i checked i was here first so why do i get the cow prod up my ass, i didnt do anything.

i'm not a lawyer so i don't know any details... best thing would be to call ur own lawyer and ask him... u could probably do somehting about it, but i doubt u'd win.. cuz of the stereo type image on one hand, and on other cuz usually those 'race based cases' always end up being in favor of the minority... i might be wrong.. i don't know... like i said contact ur lawyer...Comment

one thing...why is someone so big telling someone that they are gay?? to start off with, pick on someone your own size!! secondly, treat someone how you would want to be treated.
