I hope this does'nt go the wrong way but-here it goes. Is my body consuming so much of what I ingest that I barely have a stool for the past few days? I go daily but not much. No discomfort this is just a curious question. No fecophiles Please.

My Bulking Diet For The NPC USA's!
This is a sample of what my bulking diet looks like. Of cource it changes a little but this an average day of eating. I get 10-11 "bodybuilder friendly" meals in, then what ever I want to eat in between I will eat.
7am: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
*****8oz bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp of nat peanut butter
*****2 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly
8:30am: 2 homemade turkey burgers with sour cream and bacon
*******2 potato rolls
10am: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato
11:30am: homemade pizza with everything on it
********pint of Ben&Jerry's ice creme
1pm: protein shake
2:30: protein shake
4pm: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
*****8oz bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp of nat peanut butter
*****2 pieces whole wheat toast with jelly
6pm: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato
8pm: protein shake and bowl of ice creme
10pm: 2 chicken breast
11pm: cottage cheese mixed with peaches
12pm: protein shake mixed with low fat milk

that's pretty much how my usual daily meal plan looks like... just not as many eggs but the rest is about right...
when i'm on a cycle i only eat more meat...

Awesome!!! I buy in bulk too!! Its easy when you eat this way for body building!! You know what your staple food choices are and you get in and get out!! You get a good idea of how much you need to spend weekly and its much cheaper than eating out!!!Originally posted by THE BOUNCER

i just go to a local farmer and get half a cow and a lamb at once.. cut em up into pieces and freeze... lasts me a while... and it's cheaper than buying it in stores...
