yep i still got 4 bulging disk and a bone spur on my spin , no wonder those squats hurt so bad it has been a long ass day , i hate doctor offices

Jack you might wanna quit squatting bro. I had a slipped bulging disk from a weight lifting accident 10yrs ago...it pinched my ciatic nerve and I had to have surgery. And the pain lives on forever. I hope you don't have to go that route bro.Comment
