For those who have cell phone?

Is it true that US CELLULAR steals minutes. Cause I got a damn phone and basically use it on emergencies and when i need it not to talk just like that. Only at nights I use when its free and also when I wanna talk to my girl or a friend when my sister ison the house phone. Cause me and my sister got a plan that we are sharing 1,100 minutes and all. We split up the bill and get around 550 minutes each. A FRIEND TOLD ME that US CELLUALR STEAL the peoples minutes. Cause I just got the dam bill and owe 87 bucks. I dont mind that but the thing i mind is that it says on the paper than we used 1,001 minutes. B.S. we bacially only use the night and weekend minutes,so why is the bill like that. Im gonna go and see if this is true. Anyone have this problem too.

i've been using a cell the last 4 years (don't have a landline cuz i keep moving a lot) and yes they are fkin rip off assholes... either they rip u off by stealing minutes or by adding all kinds of BS fees and stuff like that...
on average i talk like 2000 mins a month... sux eh.....
