Do any of you bro's that log your diet or sups always make up your own or does someone actually sell any good ones.
I don`t need one for working out. I do much better just listening to my body. By now thats not a problem.
Even with my diet I only really count grams of protein. I never get as much as I think unless I count them. Diet stays pretty clean when I'm hittin' it hard. Look in the mirror kind of thing.
Main problem is remembering when I took my orals, when I took my ALA, when I took my vitimans, and two or three other supps. I did way too many drugs 20 yrs ago and am paying dearly for it now. I need to keep a record of some kind.
I know it should'nt be this hard but believe me it is for me!
Oh yeah not to mention Clen,l-dex, nolv,ect.ERRRR
How do you guys do this? Maybe your youths were'nt as misspent, LOL.
