I have a question concerning ordering stuff

I ordered some Protein through a site last time. Ok I got my package, and the tasted different. I ordered some Pro-Rated, and i have ordered some before and the taste was great but this time it tasted a bit weird. Also inside it it look like if there wereliquid sprinkles inside it making me think if like someone opened it or something. Are the new bottles the same. This one had the same label and all but they added some shit on taste. Would the customs done something to it or someone, like stealinng my protein and adding some shit in it.

There should have been a 3 seals on the container:

1. Some weird styrofoam material glued around teh edges

2. A lid

3. plastic around the lid with a perforated section

nah man i ordered from allsportsnutrition.com, its the second time i order from there. The first time the seal was a white color foam thing, like the one when u all buy medicine or vitamins in the store, that kind of seal. Well this seal was a silver plated color one. It wasnt like the same one before. Then the poweder inside well not all of it but some looks like if it was wettened or something, spinkles.
