If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
dropping through to say what up. its been a long summer for me, graduating from school, geting marrried, moving, finding a job, moving 2 more times...needless to say my time here at FG has been limited at best. My gym time has also been cut drastically, but hopefully after work settles down I will be back at it hard, I've definitely got some catching up to do. Looks like there are a few new peps hanging out here, hope to be hanging out in the AAS forum real soon sharing some new info. later all
