    k, if ur a civilian, and the internal affairs (cops) is trying to contact u to ask u some questions about something u might have seen, do have to talk to them or can u just ignore them? (civilians have nothing to do with IA right?)

    ignore them.......they dont have rights to arrest like normal cops.

          they can arrest they are cops , but they mainly deal with investigating other cops

              k, cuz my landlord is a cop... and he's in some shit.. and the IA is after him... they keep bugging me tho to tell them shit... which i have nothing to do with (but do know some details)...
              so i guess they can't make me talk...
