Just had one hit me the other day. You are muscular and working out. There is some skinny guy watching and working out around you. Me, I like to do avg weight with really slow reps and perfect form to hit the muscle properly. Then after you finish the set the immediately go to the excercise you are doing, jack up the weight and throw it around with no form to try and show you upo. I just want to go over and hold in there elbows, stop there momentum and tell them the wayt they are doing the excercise is of no benefit when they throw it around, or pick up alot more and throw it around like they do to sow them its not a friggin contest and to grow up
