(I can't believe I missed this entire thread!!!!!!!! *doh*)

*licks the tip of her whip as her manly but dehydrated GG? loses consciousness*

"You had no idea what you were getting yourself into, did you muscle man?" I whisper in GG?'s ear right before I lick the lobe slowly.

*sneaks quietly out of the room to make thick, gooey chocolate brownies - hoping the aroma awakens the Canadian from his slumber. The aroma from the sweet chocolate treats will be perfect to taunt the starving man*

Step 1: Put floppy disk in disk drive.
Step 2: Open windows file explorer. (you could also open "my Computer")
Step 3: Right click on the A: drive...select "Format".

Then follow the questions. It'll probably warn you that all data will be lost, and will ask you if your sure.

Oh, I don't want to lose my novel. I've got about 81 pages on this disk and I don't want to start over again

If it's telling you that you need to format your disk... you probably already have lost it Sorry bro.

Floppy disks are THE WORST for looseing data. Always keep another copy on your hard drive...and burn it to CD every once in a while. The disk should really only be used as a backup...keep the document on the hard drive (unless your always working on different computers).

You may get lucky and the disk will work in a different disk drive.

Funny thing is it always works on my mom's computer that her office gave her for work but mine tells me it needs to be formatted. Strange, isn't it?
