I know this should be in the supp forum, but will get more hits here. Anybody know the cheapest place to buy ready to drink shakes. $3 a piece is killing me at vitamin shoppe. need them to pack in my lunch for work.

Excellent tip. Homemade shakes are cheaper and better quality as well. Go to Wal-mart and get some vacuum-packed Albacore Tuna for about $1 a pack.Originally posted by Got Gear?

I got a case of XXL sitting in me frig right now. I will try to find out where I got them. I think with shipping it worked out to be about $2.50 a drink. Considring they go for $4.00 in my gym, hella savings there!

Sometimes you can get ABB drinks and Nitro-Tek at Costco for just a litttle bit more.
