hey bros, for those of you who knew I was in a motorcycle accident about 1 month ago....I'LL BE MEDICALLY CLEARED in 3 wks to go 100% in the gym and get back to work!!! I've been doing some lifting but really minor stuff mostly stretching and just moving to get my ribs back in action! thanks for the support....time to hit the gym running!!!!

I've got all winter to think about that. I've got a bro who wants to buy my bike so I might just to get rid of the bill. If I do sell I'll probably drop down in cc's to a 750 so I can get cheaper insurance!Comment
