Ok guys I really hate to write this post but this time I have to because I'm so sick and tired of dealing with this problem. I know Chem and his dwarf will respond to the post saying it's my fault and all that, but I can assure you that it is not I promise!
I made an order about 2 months ago, got some syringes and some Adrenalin fat burners. I got the syringes by mail but noticed they had left out the fat burners. I waited a few weeks and wrote them and they told me that they were out and that I would get them. So about 2 weeks ago I put up a post saying how dissatisfied I was with their service because I have still not received part of my order. Chem responds and says he is "personally" taking care of the problem for me.
So being the nice guy I am I take his word for it and have one of the Mods take down my post because I assumed all was being taken care of. But to this day I have still NOT received that part of my order and I feel like I never will. Chem wrote me back and wanted to know exactely when I placed the order....I have no fuckin idea when it was except that it was about 2 months ago and I should have received my stuff a long time ago.
I think my only option at this point is to call my credit card and dispute the charge because I refuse to be fucked around like this. I'm not the type of guy to just dispute stuff for the hell of it but now I'm pissed and I have had all the empty promises I can stand.
So to all who love researchkits have had good experiences.......well I say good for you, I wish I had the same experience.......but I can tell you that I will never order anything from them again because this has gone on for way too long.
I'm really not trying to be a prick, but I guarantee that any of you who are in my shoes at this point would be pissed off too.
