I just saw on court tv that family members of two people who were killed, by kids shooting them on the interstate, are sueing Rockstar games, Walmart, and Sony for $240 million ....for making, marketing, and selling the game GTA3.... people need to relize that games, music, and tv don't make people kill....they do it because they want to.....not because the damn game made them.....where were the parents and such ? llike that need to be answered first....:2gunsfiri

As far as this law suit goes. We should be thanking the makers of GTA3. Hell if it wasn't for that game I would probably be running around stabbing people with a screw driver because I don't have a harmless game to release my frustrations with.

I believe if you smoke you have no right to sue to recover any cost....and as far as it goes for medicade and medicare they shoul not cover any smoke related illness....
