I need help!!!!!!!

OK......here it is........When I work out really hard and get really pumped, I get these bluegreen looking lines on my arms, chest and shoulders. They dont stick out, I can just see them. Anyone know what that is? I dont think they are veins but I dont know cause I have never seen mine to know what they look like! What gives? Am I dieing? Do i still need to take my dbol analy and drink my winny 10 times a day? Do I still need to keep taking all flexers test for him? Thanks for all the help guys...just a lil lost here!
