save this board

mods/vets... i have noticed that traffic here has been slowing down, and people at other boards are saying negatice things about this board.
some solutions to keep people from leaving:
-start putting up some damn good threads instead of just posting to existing ones.
-bring back interesting reads that are deep in the pages(try to remember good threads and bump them back from the past)
-instead of just posting one line answers, put some damn thought into your answers and explain(i have been seeing a lot of this lately).

just some ideas...

i love this board lets not lose it...

btw... any other idea's will help. i might not be the most knowledable person here but i will focus on making this board better.

You know what,I could have left this board,when I came back 2 months ago from a 2 month layoff the board didn't seem like it was before I left,a lot of the bros that I interacted left either to other boards or just didn't have enough time to post here but I decided to stay,through thick and thin because I still think this is a good board and say what you want about Gearedup,I've known him since the old FB days,I still think he is a class act bro that deserves our respect.

This also gives GU a golden opportunity to reconstruct the board and make it a much better place.

Despite the crap that has been going on lately I still think FG is a good board and I aint going no where.

this is a great board nobody is being left in the dark , we just had a bad mth or two but things are all gold from here on out , we need all members to make this so ,

maybe i chose a wrong title for this thread but all i wanted was to start a thread on how we can make a great board better than the others.
i visit other boards and it brings me down to read that x-members of this board are saying things like, this board is a "ghost town" and other shit i will not mention.
maybe i should have left this subject alone,(no need to beat a dead horse) as i know it has been mentioned alot already. but all i am trying to say is put some thought into your answers instead of being brief.

The board is coming back now that we restructured the mods and leaders, also it is the winter time so every year when it gets cold out it seems the boards slow down! When we get back on search engines there will be to much traffic almost and we will have 500-1000 new members a month!
