Motorcycle Insurance

Need help selecting an insurance company. anyone have any good recomendations for motorcycle insurance??

progressive might do well for ya, but try to find some local bike shops or something, go to bike shows. alot of times you will find small local companies that specialize in bike insurance, their rates are usually the cheapest.

My parents have always used state farm...and they get good rates.........then again they have been with them for like thirty years....or maybe its allstate.....I don't either one sounds good....

state farm will only insure me on a bike if i go through them on auto as well...... so there out.

geico was pretty expensive,

so far progressive is first in line.

That's true about State Farm, but they are pretty cheap on both Auto and Cycle. You might consider switching your Auto with them. The bike insurance was only $305 for a year on my Harley. Also, you need to look at what coverages you are getting. Dairyland was the next cheapest, but they didn't have half the coverage State Farm did.

I have USAA for my auto, wich no other company can come close to... My fater is military and it carried down to me, so im not even consiering switching that.

I have a shitty medical plan, so i have to have my medical related to the motorcycle covered on the motorcycle insurance.... looks like the best i can do is right around 800$

State farm was cheap for my bike but I pay $388 a month for my car insurance to many wrecks, tickets, DUI! It sucks!
